4 WAYS TO CREATE WEALTH THROUGH REAL ESTATE INVESTING

1) Passive appreciation:
The value that a property increases over time.

2) Cash Flow:
Ongoing income generated from the property net of all expenses.

3) Principal Recapture:
That’s how much equity you gain when the mortgage principal goes down through regular mortgage payments.

4) Active appreciation:
That’s when a property is renovated and the value of the property increases as a result.
Your Total Return is the sum of all four of these.
